Daily Rates

Rates are based on double occupancy. Check in after 4pm. Check out before 11am.
Please note that no pets or smoking is permitted in the cabin.

Weekday Rate: $249 per night

Additional guests are $25 per person per night.
Weekday Rates are valid for reservations that begin Sunday through Thursday.
Two night stay reservations with Saturday check-in will be charged weekend rates for Sunday.

Weekend Rate: $279 per night

Additional guests are $25 per person per night.
Weekend Rates are valid for reservations that begin on Friday or Saturday.
A minimum of two nights is required for all weekend reservations.
A minimum of three nights is required for all holiday weekend reservations.

Taxes & Fees

Special discounts are available for longer stays. Please contact us for more information.
Tax is not included in the above rates. A 6% bed tax will be added to reservation charges.

Minimum Age

You must be 25 years of age or accompanied by parent. Children 16 years of age and under stay free. Children must not be left unattended at any time.

Payments & Cancellations

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of the rental upon booking your reservation.
Cancellations Policies: Cancellation with 30 days or more notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will receive a 50% refund. If there are less than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will have the option to reschedule your trip.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Early check ins are possible with a phone call or email to confirm cabin availability.
Check out is by 11 A.M. There are no late check-out exceptions. The check-out time is set to give us ample time to prepare the cabin for our next guests.
Before departing, we request that you leave used towels downstairs and put it in the laundry basket by the washing machine, wash the dishes/run the dishwasher, clean up after yourselves inside and outside and place trash in the trash cans. When you check-out of your cabin, follow the instructions on your cabin information sheet regarding the key.
There is a $25 charge for lost keys.

Cabin Policies

While in the Hocking Hills area, you most likely will encounter various woodland creatures such as deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels and a wide variety of birds. Please do not feed or approach wildlife. Please do not leave food out at night, you may have uninvited guests at your cabin. We do have our cabin professionally exterminated, but it is not bug proof. Please remember you are in the forest, and we have invaded their habitat, so chances are you will see insects and spiders occasionally.
The policies outlined below will help ensure that all members of your group have a fun, safe, and relaxing stay.

Hot Tub & Other Amenities

The Hot Tub to be used at your own risk, if for any reason the hot tub has to be drained and refilled due to guests negligence, an apitional charge of $200.00 will apply.
Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God or Nature” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.

Driving Conditions

Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which in some areas requires cautious driving. The road leading to Antlers Grove Cabin is a paved and is maintained by the township. On occasion, especially in winter months, road and/or driving conditions may be slippery. At these times, 4-wheel drive is recommended. The driveway to Antlers Grove Cabin is long with loose gravel. In winter, 4-wheel drive is required to get to the cabin.

Smoking, Pets, Firearms & Hunting

Smoking is not allowed inside the log house nor it is allowed on the decks. Absolutely no discarding of butts anywhere on the property! A minimum cleaning/environmental charge of $500 will be charged for any smoking outside of designated area or in the structure (part of this clean-up includes but is not limited to cleaning all windows, window treatments, walls, carpet, running special filter devices, etc.). Smoking allowed in the designated area only, located in the back by the smokers' post. Cigarette butts should be disposed in the smokers' post.
We do not accommodate pets at anytime in the log house or on the grounds.
Absolutely no firearms permitted on the property, and no firearms discharge is permitted on the property.
No hunting allowed on the property or on neighboring property.

ATV's, Motorcycles & Horse-Trailers

Absolutely no all terrain vehicles, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, or other recreational vehicles may be used on the property at any time. Only the use of motorcycles as a mode of transportation to the unit may be used and only on the designated driveway and parking area. No Horse trailer of any sort is allowed on the property. Guest will be responsible for repair cost for any damage caused by ATV, motorcycles, or horse trailers.

Fireworks & Campfire

Absolutely no fireworks/firecrackers of any kind permitted anywhere, anytime on the property. Campfire of any sort is not allowed anywhere, anytime on the property. Campfire area is built with firepit, wood should be burned only in firepit, and fire should be put out before you leave the campfire area.

Damages & Liability

Guests are expected to respect the inside, outside and surrounding property at all times. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages or excessive cleaning needed from your stay.
If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know immediately to avoid any damages being charged to you.

By staying with us, you are agreeing to assume all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur, whether on the land or in the cabin. Guests should use caution when hiking the area, due to the cliffs and other hazards. Please be mindful of the stairs, decks and loft area while in the cabin.
